young mAn who created a place that would represent His life experiences through flavor.

Having lived in Spain, he developed a care for the culture, the food, AND the places. 

 

So, when he came back to HIS home town, BEIRUT, he planned to share the experience with everyone else and open a tapas bar. El Paseo takes you on a journey between the unique culinary cultures of spain and lebanon.
